Company Profile

Joe A. McDermott has developed extensive commercial properties in the Houston market over the past 50 years including major retail, residential, and office projects. Specific projects have included Town and Country,  Northwest Crossing, and Champions.    Current projects are focused on community retail developments in the northwest quadrant of Harris County, Texas.  We have a full range of capabilities including site selection, architectural design support, as well as build to suit construction capabilities.
